Partner Program Terms

1. The Program

The Lion Bio-Sciences Partner Program lets approved partners (Individual Advocates and Clinics/Businesses) earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique referral link or partner code. Every application is reviewed manually and we may approve or decline any application at our discretion.

2. Commission

• Partners earn 30% of the value of the eligible products in a referred order, after discounts. Shipping and taxes are not included. Example: eligible products worth $200 after discounts earn a $60 commission.
• Referrals are tracked with a cookie that lasts 60 days. If a customer clicks several partner links, the last eligible partner click receives the credit.
• Each order earns one commission at most, credited to a single partner.
• Self-referrals are not eligible: partners cannot earn commission on their own purchases.
• Lifetime commissions on repeat customers are not part of the program.

3. Partner Codes for Clinics

• Approved clinics receive a unique referral link and a partner code that customers can enter at checkout.
• When an order uses a partner code, the owner of that code is credited, even if the customer previously clicked another partner’s link.
• Only one partner code can be used per order.
• A partner code gives the customer a discount only where Lion Bio-Sciences has explicitly agreed to it.

4. Holding Period, Refunds and Payouts

• Each commission is held for 30 days after the order is paid, to allow for returns and cancellations. After that it becomes available for payout.
• Failed, cancelled and fully refunded orders earn no commission. If an order is partially refunded, the commission is reduced in proportion to the refunded products.
• Available commissions are paid monthly. Every payout is reviewed manually; the payout method is agreed with each partner.
• You can follow your visits, referred sales, commissions, balance and payout history in the Partner Portal.
• You are responsible for any taxes due on commissions you receive.

5. Privacy

Partners only see their own statistics. Customer names, contact details and other personal data are never shared with partners.

6. Promotion Rules

• All Lion Bio-Sciences products are sold strictly for laboratory research use only. Partners must not describe products as intended for human or animal consumption, or make medical, therapeutic or dosing claims.
• No spam, misleading advertising, bidding on our brand name in paid search, or coupon/deal sites without written approval.
• Partners must clearly disclose the partner relationship where required by law (e.g. FTC guidelines).

7. Termination and Changes

We may suspend or terminate a partner account and void unpaid commissions for breach of these terms or fraudulent activity. Either party may end participation at any time. We may update these terms; continued participation means acceptance of the updated terms.
